patah balik la sebb risau ke anak ibu...

actually ibu x sembuh sangat lagi...
lepas kuar Hospital petang Isnin aritu, nurse dtg umah  tngahari Selasa tu... dia suruh bawak Najla chek kuning plak hari Rabu tu...

• sayang g klinik ngan opah
• ibu x berani nak turun naik tangga sangat sbb jahitan ibu x berapa baik

• ibu bawak Najla chek kuning kat Kangar

.:Spina Bifida Occulta:.

Spina bifida is a birth defect that involves the incomplete development of the spinal cord or its coverings. The term spina bifida comes from Latin and literally means "split" or "open" spine.
Spina bifida occurs at the end of the first month of pregnancy when the two sides of the embryo's spine fail to join together, leaving an open area. In some cases, the spinal cord or other membranes may push through this opening in the back. The condition usually is detected before a baby is born and treated right away.

Types of Spina Bifida

The causes of spina bifida are largely unknown. Some evidence suggests that genes may play a role, but in most cases there is no familial connection. A high fever during pregnancy may increase a woman's chances of having a baby with spina bifida. Women with epilepsy who have taken the drug valproic acid to control seizures may have an increased risk of having a baby with spina bifida.
The two forms of spina bifida are spina bifida occulta and spina bifida manifesta.
Spina bifida occulta is the mildest form of spina bifida (occulta means hidden). Most children with this type of defect never have any health problems, and the spinal cord is often unaffected.
Spina bifida manifesta includes two types of spina bifida:

1. Meningocele involves the meninges, the membranes responsible for covering and protecting the brain and spinal cord. If the meninges push through the hole in the vertebrae (the small, ring-like bones that make up the spinal column), the sac is called a meningocele.
2. Myelomeningocele is the most severe form of spina bifida. It occurs when the meninges push through the hole in the back, and the spinal cord also pushes though. Most babies who are born with this type of spina bifida also have hydrocephalus, an accumulation of fluid in and around the brain.
   
   Because of the abnormal development of and damage to the spinal cord, a child with myelomeningocele typically has some paralysis. The degree of paralysis largely depends on where the opening occurs in the spine. The higher the opening is on the back, the more severe the paralysis tends to be.

Children with spina bifida often have problems with bowel and bladder control, and some may have attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) or other learning difficulties, such as hand-eye coordination problems.

• 8.00pm memulakan kehidupan di ward bersalin...
• tinggal Awatif ngan opah...
• sempat gak suruh abah bawak Awatif g hosp sebelum warded...

KHAMIS

• 4.00am start puasa
• 2.06pm baby selamat dilahirkan
• abah tunggu kat luar.. x boleh masuk labour room
• memandangkan labour room sementara(renovate)... 30minit after that dah boleh masuk ward semula
• baby x bnyak nangis pun...
• nangis pun slow(mcm k yong dulu)... x mcm baby lain...
• asyik tido je...
• bagi susu ibu...pandai gak dia hisap... tapi skit..maybe susu pun x bnyak..dia pun baru belajar menghisap...
• 8.30pm check suhu ibu
• result  : 37.5degree....
• ibu demam...
• maybe esok x boleh keluar lagi...
• observation 24hours...
• panasnye nak dok kat ward ni
• semua bende kene buat sendiri...

Jumaat (14/10/11)

• tngahari Awatif dtg jenguk ibu bersama abah, opah dan mak ungge...
• rindu kat anak ibu...
• baby asyik tido je...
• ptg: badan baby panas...
• ibu dh x demam...
• baby: 3kali chek suhu, 37.5 degree...
• baby kene tahan ward kanak-kanak( SCN-special care nursery)
• katil ibu di ward kanak2 penuh... xdapat ibu nak teman anak ibu... mlm tu ibu keluar ward... kul 12.00 g tengok anak ibu di SCN... tido gak...
• sedih ibu tengok anak ibu.. kene ambik darah...lemah tak bermaya...
• ibu bagi susu dan tinggalkan susu perahan ibu utk bekalan anak ibu mlm tu..
• kul 1.00pagi baru sampai umah...

Sabtu (15/10/11)

• siap2 awal pagi...
• sebab nak cepat2 tengok anak ibu di SCN
• ibu g urut sekejap utk make sure susu ibu bnyak utk anak ibu...
• 8.00am berurut dengan Makcik wan...
• terus g hosp...
• bagi anak ibu susu..
• tunggu di SCN sampai ptg..hopefully ade katil kosong malam ni(ade 9 katil je kat ward tu)
• x rase sakit... walaupun pun seharian duduk di bilik susuan je...
• risau anak ibu diperlakukan seperti baby lain..(nangis pun dibiarkan)
• 6.00pm baru dpat katil
• dah prepare sume barang dlm kereta utk masuk ward bersama anak ibu
• kak yong tinggal ngan opah kat umah...

• abah setia datang hantar makanan pada ibu...
• opah masakkan utk ibu..

13 OKTOBER 2011 ibu selamat melahirkan seorg lagi baby girl yg comel pada jam 2.06pm di Hosp Tuanku Fauziah, Kangar...















syukur.... ibu dan baby selamat...
